From West on I-94: Take the Kellogg Blvd. Exit follow Kellogg around the River Centre to Wabasha St. Turn Right on Wabasha. Turn right on Water Street, the first right after crossing the river.

From East on I-94:  Take Hwy 52 to Plato Blvd. Take Plato Blvd. to Wabasha St. turn right. Turn left onto Water Street. Water Street is right before the bridge.

Community Neighborhood Housing services is on the right. It is a brown brick building with green awnings.
