Thank you for visiting the Community Neighborhood Housing Services (CNHS) website! We have re-designed this site to be as user friendly as possible. It will tell you about the programs and services we offer. It will give you follow up websites to visit. It will give you tips to help with your housing needs. You can register for classes on line. You can donate to CNHS directly.

Every day we are reading or hearing in the media about the various housing crises that are occurring. What we’re not hearing is the good news. 92% of Americans are current with their mortgage payments. Now is a great time to think about buying a home. There are many homes available in all price ranges.

The staff at CNHS are available to help you wherever you are in the process: whether you’re trying to establish credit, putting a budget together, understanding the process of home buying, getting a loan, or fixing up your home. And if you’re worrying about losing your home, CNHS can help too. Our certified foreclosure counselors can help you develop a plan for keeping your home or moving on to the next step.
