Full Cycle Lending

CNHS’s comprehensive combination of full-cycle lending services differentiates it from any other Twin Cities Metro Area organization that focuses on affordable housing. This means that CNHS is able to meet the needs of potential homebuyers before, during, and after their purchase. CNHS helps prepare potential homebuyers through financial literacy, mortgage counseling, and homebuyer education and then assists with the home purchase by offering access to diversified mortgage loan products and services. After the purchase, CNHS offers home improvement loans and advice to help make sure that rehab is successfully completed. Foreclosure prevention services are also available.

CNHS has spent the last two years working with the Eastside Homeownership Initiative (EHI). During that time, the agency has established relationships with several non-profits and businesses to spread the word, help market programs, collaborate on programs, and generally meet the objectives of the program. We will continue with these activities focusing on financial literacy training, pre-purchase education and foreclosure prevention.
