Paul Houdek, Sandy Ajasa and their team worked with my current lender that secured my first and second mortgages. The lender was not willing to work with any of us on any type of plan that would be beneficial for all parties.

The next obstacle was my third mortgage that I had taken out to make several energy improvements in my house. This lender found it to be advantageous to change this loan from a mortgage to a personal loan so that I could qualify to refinance my current first and second mortgages that had astronomical interest rates.

The entire process took about 7 months. CNHS dealt with every hindrance and complication that came up and kept pushing forward to the finish line. CNHS made it possible for me to remain a responsible homeowner in the neighborhood that I have lived in my entire life.
