Community Neighborhood Housing Services (CNHS) is a community based non-profit organization located in Saint Paul, MN.  CNHS was incorporated in 1981 by neighborhood residents who were concerned about the lending needs on the West Side of Saint Paul.  Today CNHS serves the seven-county metro area with special program emphasis in the city of Saint Paul.
